Ok Intending on a limb this i know but I dare claim that the title of this article is entirely factual that BPOs are in fact one among if not THE MOST overlooked Profit Centers from the Real Estate business.
As an experienced REO and BPO Realtor for more than 12 years We've ran into many Realtors and Brokers who have said lots of things about the business I will be in everyday, Oftentimes I get retail Agents or Brokers who arrive at me asking the way to get into the REO business. However i rarely if EVER get somebody that asks "How may i start doing BPOs?". Why? Well Let me dare to state that they can just are not that sexy. Everyone wants to be the next REO King or Queen but who would like to certainly be a BPO agent? Reality does BPOs is precisely how I broke in to the REO business and today the BPO has become a a part of my opportunity model.
But ok allow me to share what are the Objectors say:
One time i did BPOs on the other hand was only tired of playing around for $30-50 here and $30-50 there. It's just not worth every penny!!!
My fact is NOT Worthwhile!!! Seriously??! Do you find it worth it should you made a supplementary $25,000-$100,000+ 12 months just from your BPO business?
Am I being serious? What supports those numbers? Response is My opportunity does. Yes that's right daily I process usually over 10 BPOs each day more than 50 a week well as over 300+ 30 days. All things considered expenses of my system I transformation $5000 a month net and also over $60,000 annually net from my company.
When folks figure out they only want the REO Listings or that doing BPOs is often a waste I seriously feel that they aren't the sort of Agents or Brokers that have what can be done to make it inside the default servicing industry. Why? As they are hesitant to visit any length to get rid of into or live in the business. They really want the important checks, they want the awards from thier toted RE/MAX, Keller Williams or National Brand.
But what they may be missing out on is a large possiblity to support thier existing businesses and propel thier name in to the default servicing industry. My service is hoping to change which a bit, one agent at a time.
