Ok Intending on a limb here I know on the other hand dare say that the title on this blog post is very factual that BPOs are actually among otherwise Probably the most overlooked Profit Centers from the Real estate property business.
 
As an experienced REO and BPO Realtor for upwards of 12 years We've bumped into many Realtors and Brokers who may have said a lot of things regarding the business I am in everyday, Oftentimes I recieve retail Agents or Brokers who visit me asking how you can get into the REO business. But I rarely when get somebody that asks "How may i start doing BPOs?". Why? Well I am going to dare to say they just are not that sexy. We all want is the next REO King or Queen but who wishes to certainly be a BPO agent? Simple fact does BPOs is strictly generate an income broke into the REO business and also to today the BPO is a large section of my business model.
 
But ok listed below are exactly what the Objectors say:
 
One time i did BPOs however was only sick and tired of caught for $30-50 here and $30-50 there. It is not worthwhile!!!
 
My response is NOT WORTH IT!!! Seriously??! Would it be worthwhile in the event you made another $25,000-$100,000+ per year just from your BPO business?
 
Are we being serious? What supports those numbers? Solution is MY BUSINESS does. Yes yes it's true daily I process usually over 10 BPOs every day 50 plus weekly well as over 300+ monthly. After all expenses of my system I redesign $5000 per month net as well as over $60,000 12 months net from my opportunity.
 
When people figure out they simply want the REO Listings or that doing BPOs is a waste of time I really believe that they aren't the Agents or Brokers who have what it takes making it inside the default servicing industry. Why? As they are not willing to attend any length to interrupt into or remain in the business. They desire the top checks, they need the awards from thier toted RE/MAX, Keller Williams or National Brand.
 
What these are missing out on is a huge opportunity to support thier existing businesses and propel thier name in the default servicing industry. My service is trying to change that the bit, one agent at any given time.
