Ok I'm going from a limb i know however i dare state that the title of the article is totally true that BPOs are actually among otherwise Essentially the most overlooked Profit Centers inside the Property business.
Being an experienced REO and BPO Realtor for over 12 years I have came across many Realtors and Brokers that have said a lot of things about the business I am in everyday, Oftentimes I get retail Agents or Brokers who arrived at me asking the way to break into the REO business. On the other hand rarely if get somebody that asks "How am i allowed to start doing BPOs?". Why? Well I am going to dare to convey which they just usually are not that sexy. Everybody wants to be the next REO King or Queen but who wants to certainly be a BPO agent? Fact of the matter does BPOs is strictly generate an income broke to the REO business also to today the BPO has become a part of my company model.
But ok listed here are what are the Objectors say:
One time i did BPOs on the other hand was only sick and tired of running around for $30-50 here and $30-50 there. It is not worthwhile!!!
My solution is NOT Worth the cost!!! Seriously??! Will it be worth every penny should you made another $25,000-$100,000+ per year just from your BPO business?
